General terms and conditions for return and exchange

We aim to ensure the satisfaction of all our customers, however, there are some conditions that govern the return and exchange process, which are as follows:

  • The amount paid for the ticket cannot be refunded, even if the reservation is cancelled by the customer for any reason.
  • When completing the booking process, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to use the credit card or any other payment method.
  • All information provided must be true, original, accurate and complete, and any error in the data may affect the return or exchange process.
  • If the customer is late for the reservation, the reservation is still considered his, but he cannot claim compensation for the time lost due to the delay.
  • If there are consecutive bookings, the availability of the booking cannot be guaranteed in the event of a customer's delay, so the previously specified booking times must be adhered to.
  • Bulls Eye reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at any time and for any reason, whether due to unavailability of products or services, errors in product descriptions, or any issues with the booking.
  • In the event of suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal transaction, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation or order without prior notice.


Eligibility for Return and Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges of products under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in the same original condition as received.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, with all accessories and attachments as delivered.
  • The product can only be returned if it is faulty, not as described on our website, or if you receive a damaged product.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.
  • Discounted products cannot be refunded, as the return policy only applies to regular priced products.

Return and exchange procedures

If you are eligible for a return, you can follow these steps:
